June 26, 2021: Show Host Ashley Butenschoen interviews Bellingham City Councilmember, Gene Knutson, about the recent lawsuit and hearings between Seth Fleetwood, Mayor of Bellingham, James Erb, Asst. Whatcom County Prosecuting Atty, and Bellingham Municipal Court Judge, Deb Lev. At the June 21st, City Council Meeting the council approved to ask Whatcom County to take some of the overflow from the Bellingham Municipal Court due to a "slow down" in daily court hearings. Knutson shares what he knows and is lawfully able to speak about on this issue.
